Birth Doula Package 
Prior to Birth.
  • Meet and greet with an explanation of services.
  • Two prenatal meetings to get acquainted, discuss birth preferences, and review comfort measures.
  • On call phone, text, and email support upon hire.
  • Guidance to birth education resources.
Birth Support.
  • Continuous support through active labor wherever it is needed. This may happen in person in your home, place of birth or virtually.
After Birth.
  • Assistance with newborn feeding within my scope.
  • Postpartum visit offered 3 to 10 days after birth to process birth timeline and check in on the transition of being home.
